There is no minimum age requirement to browse listings, register an account, or use the free Trade listing feature.
NeedOrGreed.GG is a gaming community platform and trading board operated by Rail and Construction Services Pty Ltd, trading as NeedOrGreed.GG. The Platform operates in a forum-like format, facilitating the meeting of players who wish to trade in-game items. All actual item exchanges occur directly between players in the relevant game client. The Platform does not handle, transfer, or take custody of any in-game items at any time.
NGGold is an optional platform credit available for purchase. Users may also list items for free in-game Trade format with no NGGold required.
Supported games include: Diablo II: Resurrected, Last Epoch, Lost Ark, Albion Online, RuneScape, Warframe, New World, and others as added. NeedOrGreed.GG is an independent platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any game publisher including Blizzard Entertainment, Eleventh Hour Games, Smilegate, or any other rights holder.
NGGold is prepaid platform credit owned exclusively by Rail and Construction Services Pty Ltd. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive licence to use NGGold solely within NeedOrGreed.GG. Users shall not:
NGGold purchases are final once credited. NGGold has no expiry while your account remains active and in good standing. NGGold balances are forfeited upon account termination for breach of these Terms.
NeedOrGreed.GG is not a bank, financial institution, payment service, money transmitter, or licensed financial service provider. NGGold is a non-monetary platform credit issued by Rail and Construction Services Pty Ltd for use within the NeedOrGreed.GG platform only. NGGold has no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash or external currency, and does not constitute electronic money or a stored-value instrument under any applicable financial services legislation. All monetary transactions are processed exclusively by Xsolla (USA), Inc. as Merchant of Record.
Users may voluntarily send NGGold to other users via the platform's Send NGGold feature. Transfers are entirely user-initiated — the platform never requires, initiates, or escrows a transfer against any listing or trade. The following protections apply to all transfers:
Using transfers to conduct real-money trading, exchange external value, or operate payment or exchange services is strictly prohibited and will result in account termination and forfeiture of all NGGold balances. Never send NGGold to a user you have not verified — the platform cannot recover misdirected or fraudulently induced transfers, though offending accounts will be actioned.
A 20% bonus on NGGold is automatically applied to a user's first NGGold purchase. This bonus is applied to the base package value only and does not stack with any other discount, offer, or promotional rate. Where another discount or promotional rate would otherwise apply to a first purchase, the 20% first purchase bonus replaces that rate — it does not combine with it. The first purchase bonus is a one-time benefit and will not apply to subsequent purchases.
NGGold is sold in fixed packages. Current pricing is displayed on the Wallet page. All prices are in USD and inclusive of applicable taxes as determined by Xsolla. Package pricing may change with notice. No exchange rate is implied or guaranteed. Users shall be 18 years of age or older to purchase NGGold. Age confirmation is required at the point of purchase.

NeedOrGreed.GG is a community platform. All users shall treat others with respect. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:
Accounts found to be in violation of this policy may be permanently banned at the sole discretion of NeedOrGreed.GG. All NGGold balances held by banned accounts will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund. No compensation will be provided for access lost due to conduct violations. To report harassment, contact support via the platform inbox.
Users may report listings, comments, or accounts that violate these Terms using the in-platform report function. Reports are reviewed by NeedOrGreed.GG staff. Actioned reports may result in listing removal, comment deletion, temporary suspension, or permanent account ban. NGGold balances held by banned accounts are forfeited and non-refundable. False or malicious reports may themselves result in enforcement action.
Sellers may apply optional tags (flair) to listings such as "HC Only", "Willing to Negotiate", or "Bundle Deal". These tags are self-declared by the seller. NeedOrGreed.GG does not verify flair accuracy. Misleading flair that constitutes deceptive conduct may result in listing removal and account action.
Sellers may bump their active listings to the top of the market feed once per 24-hour period. Exploiting the bump system through multiple accounts or automated means is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
The Price Check board allows users to post items for community price assessment. Votes are Fair, Overpriced, or Underpriced. Vote tallies influence market analytics and price confidence indicators on active listings. Price Check votes are advisory only — NeedOrGreed.GG does not guarantee price accuracy or fitness for any trade. Users must not manipulate votes through multiple accounts or coordinated voting.
Following a completed trade, parties may leave a review of their experience. Reviews affect the seller's reputation score displayed on their profile and listings. Reviews must be honest and relate to an actual trade. Fabricated, coerced, or retaliatory reviews are prohibited and may be removed. NeedOrGreed.GG reserves the right to remove reviews that violate these Terms.
Users may add listings to a Watchlist to track items of interest. The Watchlist is a personal organisational tool only. Watching a listing creates no obligation on either party and does not constitute an offer or intent to trade.
NeedOrGreed.GG is a forum-based community platform and notice board. It does not facilitate, broker, or intermediate in-game item transfers. Users post listings to connect with other players; all actual item exchanges occur directly between players in the relevant game client. NeedOrGreed.GG has no visibility into, and takes no part in, in-game mechanics or transfers.
Users are solely responsible for compliance with the End User Licence Agreement (EULA) of any game in which they participate. NeedOrGreed.GG accepts no liability for game account restrictions, suspensions, or bans. By listing or coordinating trades on this platform, users confirm they accept all risks associated with their game publisher's terms of service.

NeedOrGreed.GG reviews its supported game list for EULA compatibility on an ongoing basis. Games are removed from the platform where publisher terms are incompatible with the forum notice-board model.
NeedOrGreed.GG hosts listings in the following formats:
All listing prices and offers are free-text descriptions written by users. The platform does not parse, hold, escrow, or transact on any listed price. When a seller accepts an offer, the parties are connected via the platform inbox to arrange their in-game trade. After trading, both parties may confirm completion in the Sales tab — dual confirmation builds each party's trade reputation. Any exchange of NGGold between the parties is arranged voluntarily by the users themselves via the Send NGGold feature (Section 3b). The platform does not handle, transfer, or take custody of in-game items at any time, and holds no NGGold against any trade.
NeedOrGreed.GG provides no warranty that any in-game trade coordinated through the platform will be completed successfully. The platform connects traders but has no visibility into, or control over, in-game mechanics, server conditions, or the conduct of players once they leave the platform. NeedOrGreed.GG accepts no liability for failed, incomplete, or disputed in-game trades.
Listing and trade data contributes to platform analytics including price confidence scores displayed on listings and the Price Check board.
All game names, items, and related trademarks referenced on this Platform are the property of their respective owners. NeedOrGreed.GG does not claim ownership of any game content. The Platform software, NGGold credit system, and NeedOrGreed.GG branding are owned by Rail and Construction Services Pty Ltd.
By using NeedOrGreed.GG and purchasing NGGold via Xsolla, users are also bound by Xsolla's EULA. Users shall not use Xsolla-powered software to gather in-game currency or items for sale outside the relevant software, perform account boosting for payment, or facilitate wagering on game outcomes.
Rail and Construction Services Pty Ltd shall retain all transaction records for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Australian AML/CTF obligations. Xsolla, as Merchant of Record, shall retain payment records in accordance with their regulatory obligations. The Platform shall monitor for suspicious transaction activity and report as required under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Rail and Construction Services Pty Ltd shall not be liable for loss of NGGold, virtual items, or account access arising from user conduct, platform downtime, or third-party actions. Liability is limited to the value of NGGold in the user's account at the time of the relevant incident.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. NGGold balances in suspended accounts are forfeited. Xsolla shall be notified of terminations affecting pending transactions.
Material changes to these Terms will be notified via the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Xsolla shall be notified of material changes at least 10 business days in advance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
NeedOrGreed.GG offers optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security. When enabled, users shall be required to verify their identity via a one-time code sent to their registered email address upon each login. This code expires within five minutes and may not be reused.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to their registered email address. NeedOrGreed.GG shall not be liable for account access issues arising from a user's inability to receive 2FA codes due to email access failure, spam filtering, or other factors outside the platform's control.
If a user loses access to their 2FA email, they must contact support to request a manual 2FA reset. NeedOrGreed.GG reserves the right to require identity verification before resetting 2FA on any account. 2FA reset requests from administrators in the platform admin panel take immediate effect.
Two-factor authentication codes must not be shared with any other person, including NeedOrGreed.GG staff. NeedOrGreed.GG will never request your OTP code.
